| Karina, in the fourth grade, our teacher had a class pet which was a gerbil. It's name was Oreo too! What a coincidence! | |

really? i have had lots of hamsters one was peanut (he died of old age last year)
one was speed bump he to died of old age gerbils are not my cup of tea | |

| I once had a hamster myself. I named it Hamtaro because when I was 10 years old, I liked Hamtaro, the cartoon. On the night of my 11th birthday party, it died of wet tail. I buried it in my backyard. My father called it Ms. Hamster and I sometimes called it Rodent. There were many happy stories with Hamtaro, even when we took her to the bolling alley. | |

| Yeah. I remember when I was homeschooled but that was the sixth grade, my first year of junior high. Year after year, for some reason I haven't had much heart for animals. I'm just being honest. The only pet that belongs to me is my dog St. Patty who I received when I was six years old. She's half beagle and half laborador. At least that's what the papers said. After I found out she was going to be euthinized if no one picked her up from the kennel, that made me think she deserves a home. The reason why she's named St. Patty is she was born on St. Patrick's Day and instead of calling her St. Patrick, the guy who owned her before decided to name her St. Patty. | |

| Why thank you...My dad has always said St. Patty is a disobedient dog. Even though I may've spelled that wrong, St. Patty is a good girl. Maybe I should start taking her for walks since she really likes water and walking. | |
