| I'm sick and tired of seeing animals placed under last priority. They are abused everyday and we need to crack down on that. If no one can handle the responsibility of a pet, then take it out of the household by stepping into their face and getting in contact with authorities. Animals are overlooked because of mentally insane people who abuse animals just for a joke. It's not a joke. I say let's all bring animals the justice they deserve! You can make a difference and do so! Animal abuse is sickening and reminds me of vileous behavior, worse than god damn speeding. I may have a heart for the highway but I care about animals too. Can someone tell me precisely what is wrong with these people? I have talked with a few relatives and their opinions on animal abuse and they say it is more than likely a mental issue with someone. What are your opinions on making animals a safer and better home by stopping abuse? I would like to stop that type of activity myself because animals are living things as well as us humans so why not treat them like humans! | |

ugh, you have no idea how close to home this hits to me right now.
a kid who goes to the school where i coach cheerleading was just caught hurting animals.
if you're queezy DO NOT read this.
he cut off a dog's head and put it on his next door neighbor's front door step. she called him because i guess they were friends and said what should we do? she said he acted oddly unworried about it and told her not to call. she did anyway and they found out that this guy has bragged to other people about hurting animals. they arrested him. in his apartment they also found a list of names on his wall of people from the school he was going to kill, including his sorority president! he had supposedly been bragging to people about some guns he had just acquired and they worried that if we hadn't caught him sooner he might have brought the gun to school.
i'm SO glad they caught that guy and he's behind bars. they've got him for a few things now and he'll most likely be locked up for a very long time. he also isn't allowed back onto that campus.
but when i heard about that story and the dog i nearly cried. animals are innocent and it's just sickening that anyone would hurt them for  . it's disgusting. i wonder if it was someone's dog. can you just imagine? i would come after that guy if he hurt my dog. it makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. | |

| OMG, that is horrible! Even him bringing a gun to school (or even suspecting) is such a danger to those on campus. Poor dog... Just even watching animal abuse makes me almost cry because they have feelings and hearts just like us humans. Take care and send my condolence to the dog's owner. -Emily | |

Katie, I'm glad he is behind bars. He is sick and anyone is sick if they don't have a heart for animals. Unfortunatly, in my area animal abuse laws aren't enforced as they should be and that's why I made my topic because animals are scientifically a living organism just like us humans and DO NOT deserve to be abused. It would probably break my heart just seeing an animal decapatated. Besides, people like that on my opinion deserve the death penalty because I don't tolerate animal abuse myself. Not to mention, I have one dog and three cats and I  them a lot. I AM AN ANIMAL LOVER AND WILL NOT TOLERATE ANIMAL ABUSE! I think that type of behavior is vileous and uncalled for. It makes those who commit animal abuse a danger to our community and I am stepping up. | |

well did you here the story about the cat?
well this boy he would TIE his cat leash to his bike and would drag the cat around for hours it was lucky to live and after the court decided to not arrest him HE heated up a pair of sisers
AND CUT the CATS ears OFF!!!
then through the cat in a fire they had to put the poor thing down.
the boy (16) was put in jail for 20 years.
serves him right!~!!!!!! | |
