| Hey! I was just wondering, I'm 24, and I drive a 1998 Mazda Millenia S, its a dark purple, with black leather, and it runs really well, I have had it for 8 months now, and I LOVE it to death, but my only problem is it has 163,983 miles on it, and I'm affraid its going to die, because my friend has a 1995 GMC Yukon, and his has 172,993 miles on it, and its like dieing TOTALLY! I'm so freaked out, because this is my 3rd car...YIKES! | |

| Or should I just start looking into getting a BRAND new car, since all I have had is a 1993, a 1999, and now a 1998. What should I do??? | |

| My '88 Ford Mustang T-top GT has 835,450 miles on it and it still runs like it did in 1988!! Sure its a show car but that don't mean it isn't used daily. Been across the U.S. lots of thimes. | |

| Run it till it something serious breaks Jessy. Japanese cars have a lot of life in them, as long as you keep your Millenia regularly serviced it should last over 200,000. Use Mobil 1 oil. Might want to change the timing belt, sparkplugs too. Talk to a local mechanic, he can tell you what to do. Good Luck. | |

Well I have a 2004 Volkswagen Passat with 48,000 Miles But I guess that isnt important,
The reason your friends truck is dieing is beacause it is a gmc, Yeah they are great trucks but mazdas, hondas, volkswagens, mitsubishis, etc. all last quite a bit longer because of the way they are built I would say your car should be fine for quite a while as long as you take care of it | |
