i've got quite a few (and they're mostly from kenshin, yep i'm another fan!). the song's i like from kenshin are: it's gonna rain, sobakasu, tactics, 1/2 and for some reason i also like minagoroshi no jungle (heck, it's not even a song). i also like the opening for eva, legend of cystania, the song on the trailer metropolis (anyone know what's it called?), and the ending for vapire hunter d.

Right now my favorites are anything from Rahxephon, especially Tune the Rainbow. I Maaya Sakamoto, especiall when she's paired with Yoko Kanno! X3 All the Chrno Crusade, Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, FullMetal Alchemist and Naruto songs are good too. XD
