James Blunt in Sacramento
I'm a James Blunt fan, so when I heard he was playing in Sacramento, I had to go. My boyfriend, being the sweetheart he is, surprised me with tickets to go to the James Blunt concert in the Alice Now & Zen festival.
It was quite nice because it was an open-air concert with a festival going on in the background. There were musical guests such as Gin Blossoms and Joss Stone. Coolest show!
Throughout the concert, I noticed a lot of people started leaving after Joss Stone performed. I was happy those people left because that left more space for me to get close to James Blunt. I thoroughly enjoyed my concert. I was not disappointed at all. His presence was really uplifting.
Before the concert, I told my boyfriend that no one's gonna dance at this concert because Blunt's songs are very melancholy. Needless to say, me and my sweetie danced the whole performance!
