Hex is this awesome TV show from BBC - they air it only in Britain on the TV station called “Spike” but the first season DVD is in the united states, and I heard they will be playing reruns here too (USA). It’s about a girl presumably in last years of high school or early years of college. The TV show is a mix of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed and Angel. It’s absolutely fantastic, I don’t recommend it to viewers younger than 16 because it shows teen drug use, sex, violence and partying. But it’s really no worse than the OC…well maybe a little. Within each generation there is a girl who is meant to be with an arch angel, the girl develops powers much like a witch and wears a necklace that hides the arch angel’s true form. The arch angel needs a baby from a woman in the family, only once has this happened in all the years he’s tried. However the baby was killed before birth because if the baby is born than all hell will basically break loose. It’s a great show with tons of suspense, and good special effects. Check it out!!
