Original Yu-Gi-Oh! series

I'd like to start out by saying that I love Yu-Gi-Oh! The stories are cool and the themes can get really deep (I like stories with emotional depth).

What I am really interested in is the original series that was never aired in America. This series dealt with a lot of cool stuff beyond the card game. I want to know if anyone knows where you could buy DVD's of this series online. I have no problem reading subtitles.

What would be beyond awesome is if they put it on TV. You can watch episodes on Youtube but it's not the same. It's especially bad for me because our dial-up service is extremly slow. It can take ages just to watch a short clip. So,anyone, DVD info if possible.
