I Dont Get It

Why do people who can't understand anime think it's the worst thing in the world? Why cant they just let anime lovers just love anime? People put their friendships on the line because one friend doesn't like anime. My frined only likes one anime show. She's not too fond of anime except The Boondocks, but we don't fight over it. I learned to like The Boondocks because of the comic strip in the newspaper. If she never likes any of the anime I like, or just only likes Boondocks, she will still be my best friend and I will still be hers. So this is to all anime haters: anime should not be banned just because you don't like it. How would you feel if your favorite show was banned cause someone didn't like it that like prejudice? So please just let have our shows they werent made just so you could hate them they are an enjoyment to people who just love anime .

I know, if people don't like anime, then okay, they don't like it. But they don't have to be downright rude saying "ANIME SUCKS" and junk like that. Most of my friends anime, but those who don't are okay with us liking it. They aren't mean about it or anything. Thanks for posting this article, it ed relieve some stress about those anime haters. ^_^

I know what you mean My school has an anime club and people say its a waste of time. They think all of us are idiots. People insult me and my friends because we spending the mornings before school trading and reading manga. Just because they don't understand anime doesn't mean they have to pick on the people that do and like it.

thats is what i talking about. i have friends that can't read manga. so thereall" this is stupid and it sucks"..wtf..if you could understand it then you like it . but w/e to them. i anime and now one should change that. thy should just let me it and shut the H*** up.you make a good point.

Some people are just immature. It's one thing to try and expose a friend who doesn't normally watch animation to a title that seems along their general interests, but another to be downright rude over something so trivial.
