I know that now people are really disgusted with Net Radio. They say its poor quality, or it doesn't play anything worthwhile. But I just found this net radio site that is so much better than almost every net radio I've ever encountered! It's called "Digitally Imported", and it's run by a guy who knows how deprived Americans are of good European Techno, so he's bringing it to us via the internet! It has connections for EVERYONE, from a 24 kbs to 128 kbs, with specific connections for cell phones, Europe, other countries, and firewalls. They also let you choose to run it through Win Media or MP3 format! The stations are "Trance", "Hard Trance", "Hard House", "Euro dance", and "Classical", and they have playlists for each station that update automatically so you can go and see what you're listening to and even discuss it with others on a message board.
